When is my card charged?
We hold the payment when a worker accepts your job. The worker is paid after you approve, or 24 hours after they finish if you don't answer.
Can a worker ask for more money?
Yes. A worker can ask for a higher price and has to say why. You can say yes or no. Nobody can offer less than your price.
Why can't workers see my address?
Workers see only your neighborhood until they tap On my way. Then they get the address and you get their arrival time.
What jobs aren't allowed?
No plumbing, HVAC or electrical work. Jobs posted as Other are checked for licensed work before they go live.
How do I switch to Español?
Tap EN / ES at the top of any page, or change it in Settings. We remember your choice.
